Our Process

We sketch the design with you, then cut, forge, and weld the frame and pickets with MIG and TIG welds. Before it leaves the shop the gate gets a zinc-rich primer and a powder-coat or enamel topcoat so rust cannot get a foothold. On install day we set the posts in concrete footings, hang the gate, and fit the latch and drop rod so it closes square.
